The people I ve met On th1s vacatron I thought as I lnvrted them To the eelehratronl When we were on our way And almost to the spot We heard the screechmg of a srren And up pulled a trafftc co l-Ie ordered us to Pull over Bubl Then we saw who he was To be sure Harry Hubbs We asked htm rf he d 11ke a treat As we were on our way to eat He parked h1s car and came w1th us Wtthout mak1ng any fuss When the frrst act at the nrght club was over They featured a new comer Jerry Drummer Playlng the trumpet and leadrng the band Everyone agreed that he really was grand! The wartress frnally came rt was about ume We looked and sure enough It was Marrlyn Kltne And told her to brrng Jerry over too She sald that they would when they had thetr tum Also that the skatrng star was Merlrn Stearns After a whtle when thetr work was done They came over w1th Roy Donaldson He sa1d that he had just stopped by To keep from hearrng the baby cry Now some one else came to JOIII us None other than Shlrley Hartman Who worked here as a cashrer Now all but three the teachers were celebraung here We talked about our school days And of our class trrp But oh the ume went so qurckly Even though we had talked qurte a brt So away Jake and I went Our honeymoon we felt had been well spent We had renewed old memorres so dear We certatnly were glad we had chosen to come here Yvonne Ickes Ulch Hardware Vandersall Implement Sales North Baltlmore Oh1o North Baltrmorc Ohro 17 l I I I . p. SENIOR CLASS PROPHECY As I was walkrng down the beach One brlght and sunny day I saw a great bxg wooden box A floatrn 1n the bay I mcked rt up and opened II Was I ever sore' There was the Keystone Annual of nmeteen fttty four The cover was torn and 1ts pages tattered But none ot 1ts preclous words had been shattered As I was leaflng through ll I saw my former classmates Then I began to yearn Especlally for Mary Lou Kern My reverre was broken By a cry of Ice Cold Pop And there stood Mary Lou Now an attractlve carhop' Sh1rley George was her partner They asked me of my hubby Stlll cute as can be Jake Weaver To have run 1nto me Here at Lake Beaver I told them that Gerald Henschen Owns thls resort on the lake Where lots of people Therr honeymoons take I also told them that Mrs Frost Was such as 1nsp1rat1on That three of the grrls Had chosen her professlon They were Eleanor Hafferkamp Nancy Buchanan and Esther Anderson Who clarmed that teachmg Is really a lot of fun' We wandered to the beauty contest Farther down the beach see the wmner Katre Copus Our former classmate peach We planned to celebrate Thrs gorgeous wmner By all the classmates nere Golng out to drnner As I was walkrng back to Jake To tell hlm the btg news I met B1ll Deerwester and MICR Scheerer Comrng back from a crurse Fleckner'e Clothing Store - North Baltimore, Ohio Deshler Implement Co. - Deshler, Ohio 16 They both seemed very happy I said we're hon.eymoonir1g To ' .
