P l The Freshmen show that they certainly know the ropes when it comes to defeating the Sophomores in the tug of war. ? BLACK FRIDAY The Freshman class defeated the Sophomore class in the annual Black Friday competition. The games for the men included softball, football, cross coun- try and the tug of war. The women participated in softball, chain relay, wheelbarrow race and the tug of war. Carolyn Leyh and Suzanne Cusick race to win the wheelbarrow relay for the Freshman women. The Black Friday dance gives students a chance to make up spent energy. 6I '
