CROSS COU TRY Completing their third season at JC-M. the Cross Country team once again met stiff competition from this area. Despite the fact that most team members were relatively new to the sport. they worked hard to become a powerful unit capable of competing suc- cessfully. Competing in both track and field events these ath- letes showed their skills and came out on top more often than not. Strength, endur- ance, and speed were increased as the season progressed and the team demonstrated its willingness and ability to meet fierce opposition.
