The students at right are involved in the main- stream of science--the investigation and explanation of all events, whether mundane or extraordinary. The inquiring student may select a course of study in the biological or physical sciences. The Biology Department, instructed by Mr. Bauchert and Mr. Britton, offers biology and advanced biology as a means to a deeper appreciation of the wor d of life. Through lectures and myriad experiments, the physical sciences provide a fundamental knowl- edge of matter and motion. fBelow5 The physics class investigates the intrica- cies of hydrolysis. The Governors United States History, and United States Government-- the Social Studies Depart- ment strives to produce an understanding, inquiring, and most of all, informed attitude in the students of Jackson Central High School. -ll
