PROPHECY OF 1956 On my last trip thru Washington D. C. , I stopped to see the human radar screen, and there was a brain named Jerry T. in care of it. He said he has so much fun watching people all over the country. To prove his statement he switched to Alaska, and who should appear on the screen but Roxie P. I guess she is still in the WAC's and still writing ten page letters to Wilbur W. Alas- ka was pretty cold so we turned to Florida where Jeanie and Curly are trying to operate a alligator farm. Since it was so warm there, we turned to Africa and there Patty D. is doing her best as a missionary. Then a jet passanger plane came on the screen, and we saw that the pilot was Neldon L. The stewardess was Nancy Grove. They waved at us and went right on. While we're tuned in over seas, we went to Germany. There we saw Max and Tex. They're in the army. They are making a career of it. They like the German girls, I guess. Switching back we caught Mary Ann and Janice in New York. Guess they really liked it, after going there on the Senior Trip, so they went back as secretaries. While in that vicinity we decided to see a ball game, and what do you know, Larry C. playing first base for the good old Dodgers. Of course New York is a big T. V. cen- ter, so we went to see The Comedy starring Dean and Don. They remind you of Dean Martin and Jerry Lewis. Moving southward we went to Oklahoma. There Mr. and Mrs. Tom Wamsley own a ranch fMrs. Wamsley was the former Carolyn K. J. Carolyn does most of the work as Tom is a veterinarian and looks after every one else's animals. The radar slipped and South America came in view. There a nurse, Edna F. , has founded a new hospital. We decided to go back toward the school in Indianapolis where Bill and Bonnie Boxell live. Bill works in the post office stamping things. Back at Jackson we found Chuck and Ardith working like crazy to make a go of their goat farm. It looks as if the kids of '56 are making history and its all good. So thanks to Jerry and we shall see you later.
