In today’s world, a belief held in common by many is that one ' s mind cannot function at its best unless his body is in good condition. Our Physical Education Department has several desired goals: to build strong and healthy bodies, to teach the basic rules of various sports, to instill in students the principles of good sportsmanship, and to teach the importance of good health.
