After discussing all possibilities, members of the Swim Club chose Reminlsclng' as the theme of h 1978 swim show. Popular songs including Even N ow, The Way We Were, ' Those Were the Days, ' and of course, Reminiscing' were used to carry out the theme and accom pany swimmers' synchronized moves. The club's new adviser, Miss Sue Hoffman, offered useful guidance and saw that all aspects of the show went well. After 'Reminiscing's three- night run ended, the Swim Club continued to meet on land as a social organization. Three days a week after school, members of the Boxing Club brought a different sort of action to the wrestling room. The physical contact of hitting someone under the supervision of a referee is fun, explained Tom Vinyard. Besides its recreational aspects, the art of boxing taught members to sharpen their reflexes and defend themselves.
