Student supervisor lessens deans' burden With the addition of Mr. Peter Magro as student supervisor and a beefed-up squad of paraprofessionals, Deans James Regan and Sonny Manuel observed a definite decrease in student vandalism and truancy. Mr. Magro headed the reinstated student cafeteria and hall guards, who kept the cafeteria floors free of debris and enforced the use of hall passes by students, Paraprofes- sionals stationed in the halls and at entrances to the building added to the overall tighter security found through- out the school. Strong security measures were also evident in the immediate vicinity as Mr. Joseph Czechowski, truant and security officer, patrolled the Riverside Mall and other local hangouts. Secretaries located in the main office and in the department offices kept the school running smoothly by handling various clerical duties for administrators and faculty members. Government reduces food and In spite of a cut in government supplied foods, Mrs. K. Franzik and Mrs. M. Iwam, heads of the cafeteria staff, found that meats, fruits, and other food items purchased through local wholesalers balanced lunch menus well and added variety to the meals prepared for students and school personnel. Mr. Harry Olmstead and Mr. Dick Hoffman made books and supplies available to the student body as usual while Mr. Rich Styma helped by keeping all the audio-visual equipment in proper working order. The maintenance staff's work completed the school services' efforts by keeping the building and grounds repaired and clean. MAINTENANCE-FRONT ROW: D. Hokr, F. Miller, W. Antiporek, J. Prochaska, F.
