r. Ondrus approves honor pomt system After months of discussion and evaluation, Dr. Joseph Ondrus with the help of his newly-enlarged student advisory council approved a new grading system. The system, designed to aid those students taking advanced courses, will go into effect in September, 1979. Under the system honor point status courses will grant an additional grade point for an earned grade of A, B, or C. Dr. Ondrus also approved a system of evaluating the faculty and administra- tors for the purpose of improvement of instruction. The School Board, upon recommen- dation of Mr. Kenneth Keeling, business manager, approved the repairs and renovations made at Morton West this summer. Among the improvements made were the repair of the top of the stadium wall, the installation of sodium vapor lights in many areas, and the installation of new tiles and terrazo floors in the foyer and corridors of the building's first floor.
