Three Morton Girls Win In Junior Miss Contest Students not only became involved in school events this year but also in many of the local communities' as well. Many students worked in stores and offices to help promote youthful ideas throughout the local area. Girls involved themselves in serving the sick at MacNeal and Community Hospitals by volunteering their time as candy stripers. Last fall several Morton girls entered the Junior Miss and Houby Queen Contests in which their talent, physical and mental abilities, and poise were judged to determine the winning girl for the respective contest. This year's winners in the Junior Miss Contest who attended Morton were Monica Dobes, Joyce Gab, and Cathy Persin. ff - if , s Walking home down Cermak Road, students tabove, right! view the many familiar Berwyn sights.
