Although he is kept quite busy working with the superintendent preparing a budget and a program of public relations, he always finds time to listen to student problems. Kelley manages not only to take part in the administration of Mor- ton East, promotes good relationships among the various departments, and en- gages in many extra-curricular activities, but he also works with the superinten- dent preparing a budget for the district and a program of public relations. He assumed his new position at the beginning ot January, at which time he was relieved ot his old position as Dean ot Men ot Morton Junior College.
