Serving without pay and working in cooperation with the superintendent and school otllicials, they determine the policies of Morton, bud- get all money, and -secure teachers and other members ot the staff. Through their guidance, Morton is frlule to provide its students with the best possible education, Although they seldom have any personal Contact vvith the school, they render a great service to it.
