Grgurich, SENIOR COUNCIL. . .Good citizenship and capable leadership are stressed in the Senior Council. Junior and senior boys who are eager to serve their community and school are welcome to ioin the club. The boys serve at banquets and, along with the boys from the Junior Council, are always on duty whenever a program is presented in the auditorium. Their biggest under- taking tor the year vvas the Father and Son Banquet. Under the leadership ot their advisor, Mr. H. A. Meeker, the members planned with enthusiasm this dinner tor all Morton boys and their fathers. The food which they served appealed to the appetite ot all who attended. The Council members, who served at the Mother and Daughter Banquet, invited the mem- bers ot the Junior-Senior Girls' Club to return the honor by serving at the Father and Son Banquet. The boys did an out- standing iob in planning tor the program. This year's speaker was Doctor Arthur Siml, who is Page IBI the father of Artie Siml, Presi- dent ot the Senior Council at Morton West. The olticers tor this year were: Bob Knupp, President: Ben Nemec, Vice- presidentg Dom Marsiglio, Sec- retary, and Chet Rondlnella, Treasurer at Morton East. At Morton West, the OFHCE-rg were: Artie Siml, President, Paul Knuti, Vice-president, Stuart Deardortq, Secretary, and Dick Grgurich, Treasurer.
