VGCZVVI Dreams of all kinds are as old as man himself. Mostly They consist of fabulous wishes for The future, are common to all people in all walks of life, and come in all sizes and ages. The student dreams of getting on The Gold Honor Roll, The oftice worker dreams of getting a promotion, and, sometimes, a whole community gets Together and dreams of something that vvill improve what They already have. Such was The case here in The Cicero- Bervvyn area for some time. Notwithstanding that J. Sterling Morton was one of The biggest and finest high schools in the country, with an un- usually fine Teaching staff and above average stu- dents, our school had one glaring fault: it was Too crowded. The double shift did not give students The chance To really become a part of the school. Now, with the addition of the west branch, the dream of the Cicero-Berwyn area has come true, giving us a chance to go on building dreams for the future on this sturdy foundation.
