Principal Page 22 Dr. Walter Cooper plays an important role in the administration of Morton. His duties include providing an adequate program of extra-class activities and pro- moting co-operation and good relation- ships among the various departments. He also works with the superintendent in preparing a budget for the district and a program of public relations. Though he has these many duties to perform, Dr. Cooper always finds time to listen to the problems of a student or participate in some extra-curricular activity. He is well liked by the student body and the faculty. DR. WALTER I.. COOPER Associate Principal Dr. Roy Turnbaugh is working as as- sistant to Dr. Cooper and preparing for his future position as principal of the new school branch. He will take over this position in September when the school opens. During the two years he has been at Morton, he has become a familiar and respected figure among the faculty and the student body. lt is evident that he will be a successful principal. DR. ROY C.
