Among the choices in language arts offered are journalism, an excellent course for students who would like to learn to write more skillfully; English compo- sition, a course available to seniors, and speech. In the world of today, reading skills are essen- tial, and the curriculum includes a special reading class. This class includes brief, intensive work in fundamentals of reading conducted in a highly in- dividualized setting.
