Stallings, Webb High's new principal, came to us from Louisburg, NC., where he was principal ot Louisburg High School. ln earlier years he received his BS. and MA. degrees trom East Carolina College and attended summer school at the University ot North Carolina. lVlr. Stallingstaced a tremendous task in September, yet, he has handled all administrative problems at Webb with vvisdom and etticiency. l-lis main ambition tor the school has been the development and improve- ment ot its academic standards. lflany needed changes have been made in order tor us to meet the high scholastic requirements ot today's society.
