CLASS PRQPI-IECY This lS Geneseo 1984 We are now one of the Big gest Little Cities around and SLIICS we have grown to in clude Rock Island and Mollne we now have several out standmg night spots mcludmg D1ck s We take you there now where the Geneseo Senior High Class of 59 is hold ing their 25th anniversary This is B1ll Hohenboken speaking your old senior class president and M C for tonight s festivities Our beloved class of 59 are all gathered here at Dick s at the invitation of Dick Rice a classmate who has definitely made good for himself m the nightclub busme ss Liz 'ff Fehlman class secretary was able to contact everyone and so we re very fortunate m having all of us here to night except Bill Bestor and Francis Klavohn Bill is Cas everyone knows I m sure, in Indianapolis competing in the races there They tell me he drives a hopped up Studebaker Lark Frannie is home baby sittmg with the kids His wife works nights making Dairy Queens As I scan the room I ll point out different members of our class and tell you briefly what they ve been doing since we graduated LI1 59 There s Janet Atwell who I hear runs summer health camp for veteran cheerleaders Connie Neuleib and Judy Sand attend the camp regularly Connie IS currently the editor of that popular magazme Modern Bride Judy Models weddmg gowns for it Larry Hanna G11 Achterhof Wayne Oberle and James Waldorf are sitting at a corner table talking in some foreign language They must be re mmiscmg their old Latm II days Leapmg Lenth and Melvin Moto Johnson have become the dance floor right now Terry Borkgren Jerry Brutsche and Bob DeKezel are off in a corner making bets on the outcome of the match Sharon Waller whose parties have rivaled those of Elsa Maxwell s IS charmmg Dean Eastburn Bob Gramling and Jim Van Vooren who quite frequently crash her parties There are many reporters and photo graphers here from top newspapers and magazines to cover our reunion Among them are Jeff Lee from Mad magazine and Jim Hedman from Playboy who is taking pictures of Bubbles Butzer Gloria is a leading saleswoman for Dave Stenzel s bubble bath company Tom Blank and Bill Brokaw now editors of the American Observer are doing an editorial on class splrit using tonight as an example fof good class spiritj Writers for their paper are Henry Neuman Jokes Bob Stottler Vocabulary and Janet Hull Foreign news I ve found that many of our classmates are successful businessmen and women The Fuhr Insurance Agency has expanded recently to include father sons and grandsons Congratulations Ray and Roy!
