THE SPHINX . . . 1947 , D574 Z j ,U 5 SENIOR CLASS PLAY The senior class play, A Comzecticut Yankee in King Arzflmfs Court, was presented in the high school auditorium on December 12 and 13. The play, a comedy in Prologue, Three Acts, and Epilogue, was one of the most colorful plays given because of the Arthurian costumes. The Prologue takes place in the Bennett home at the present time. Hank Bennett, a young electrician, knocks himself cold while trying to fix a radio. During the three acts he finds himself in the court of King Arthur, June 21, 528 A.D., and in the midst of a plot to usurp the king.
