T30 QE? Here is an up to the minute report on this years Powder Puff game, featuring the junior powder puffers against the seniors . . . we are now in the third quarter with a O-0 score. This tough race boils down to strength being the main factors. What is very unusual, the junior class in the past few years has had the game all wrapped up, but the seniors don't want what has happened traditionally to prevail. But wait what is this? Cheryl Bort junior quarterback, has just received the ball and is rushing for the goal line.The senior club can't seem to stop her. TOUCHDOWN! This is incredible! Her great run from the seniors 30 yard line could prove to be the winning score. The extra point conversion is no good. Now with a score of 6-0, can the seniors make a quick come back? They seem doomed. Senior quarterback Pam Johnson is now discussing the matter with coaches Marvel Markoff and Cool Clymer. Is she going to the air or on the ground for the TD? They're going to the air. The throw is good but the receiver can't hold on to it. With only 10 seconds in the game can the seniors pull it off? The handoff is to the halfback but wait there's a fumble and the juniors have recovered it. There's the gun. Tradition has held once again with the juniors victory. They are now carrying coaches Easy Easley and Hacken Haller across the field. The senior club is in quiet consolation, saying We almost did it . In the game they were the junior and senior powder puffers against each other but in the parade they are one. SO ON WlTH THE PARADE!
