We fjaedenli ufillffe Ref! Many, many years ago there roamed the hills and valleys around Cayuga Lake a little Indian named Little Red . One day white men came and settled where Little Red's people had their gardens, orchards and hunting grounds. Little Red was well-known to them in the beginning, but as their city grew and more people came, LittIe Red gradually faded into the background. When Little Red disappeared,,no one seemed to have noticed or to remember. The white man building his cities, factories, roads, and farms had forgotten Little Red. However, the ghost of Little Red is still with us. We can not forget him as the last of a race of fearless, independent, liberty- loving people. They were the true rugged individualists. As a re- minder of his people Little Red occasionally visits Ithaca High School. This book sets forth some of his experiences during the past year. We hope he was pleased with what he saw.

ecficaliicm We, the class of 1952, dedicate this Annual to Lilly Robinson, our friend and teacher. Through her classes in history she has brought to us a better understand- ing of our relationships to our fellow men. Her candid and pithy observations on political and social issues have given us a vivid picture of the world in which we live. She assisted in bringing the National Honor Society to Ithaca High and has served as an advisor for the past two years. Our best wishes go with Miss Robinson as she leaves Ithaca High.
