In their two years at IJC, Larry and Donna have received many honors. Larry, a physical education major from Okolona, enjoys football, baseball and swimming. Donna, an ele- mentary education major from Fulton, enjoys meeting people, swimming, and all sports. They plan to further their education at Mississippi State University. 16 17 Hall Of Fame Gary Wilson David Cleveland Sara Jo Kennedy Kathy Newell 18 David Cleveland David is a member of the Delta Psi Omega, the MENC, and is president of the French Club. Singing, drama, and reading are a few of David ' s interests. He plans to at- tend University of Southern Mississippi and major in music. Sara Jo Kennedy Sara Jo is a member of the Wesley Foun- dation and Student Council. She was selected Most Versatile. Her interests include playing the piano, reading, and all sports. She plans to attend Mississippi State and major in Libra- ry Science. k tihi i f Kathy Ne vell Kathy is a member of the French Club, Phi Theta Kappa, and Wesley Foundation. Her interests include sewing, skiing, and art. She plans to continue her education at Mississippi State University majoring in Sociology. Gary Wilson Gary is Vice President of the Phi Theta Kappa. He enjoys hunting and swimming. The Madrigal Singers of Mississippi State entertained. Barbara Pounders and David Foster served as masters of ceremonies. Johnny Bowen and David Cleveland served as ushers. Thirty-two girls sponsored by various clubs on the IJC campus vied for the title of Most Beautiful. Crubaugh Mr. John S. Crubaugh is serv- ing IJC as president for the twelfth year. President Cru- baugh holds both his B.S. and Master ' s degrees from Missis- sippi State University, and his M.Ed, degree from George Peabody College for Teach- ers. The Indian Tribe, coached by Ben Jones and Billy Loague, had an outstanding season. The Indians were undefeated in the Tom- bigbee. They were defeated only by Amory. They defeated the Oxford Chargers in the annual Tupe- lo Lions Bowl. On November 22 the Pep Club honored the Indi- ans with an Indian Appreciation program in as- sembly.
