We had a rather hard time finding out where to go and when to go there, but with the help of Mr. Orrick, Mr. Wells, Mr. Mr. Cooke, Miss Burke, Miss Wheatly, Mrs. Hollingsworth, aged to get on the right track. We were lucky in having tively easy time as NFishH. The upper classes seemed to mercy on us. We had a large class of about thirty-five are sorry to say, has diminished since then. We spent our wild Sophomore days mostly in having time. Our teachers were Mr. Willis, Mr. Brashears, Mrs Willis, we man- a compara- have , which,we a good . Brashears, Miss Griffin, Miss Burks, and Miss Sara Jane Couch. They certain- ly had their hands full trying to keep us half-way civi lized. We feel the less said about that year the better-and so to our Junior year. That year we left the ngay white wayn, turned over a new leaf, and got down to business. The reasons for our good behaviour were, and still are, our teachers, Mr. Brown, Mrs. Galbraith, Mrs. Meharg, Miss Sara Jane Couch, and this year Miss Betty Couch and Miss Ewing. Also, we must not fail to mention demerits, which have of influence. These last two years we have been learni and enjoying ourselves at the same time, which is quite plishment, in our opinion. Now we are Seniors, and are going to graduate in M Some of us are finished with school, and others are jus quite a lot ng something, an accom- ay, we hope. t about half through. Of course we are glad to have completed our high School life, but we do hate to leave for good. We extend our best wishes to the ones we are leaving behind, and hope they will not fo get usg because we will always remember our good old days of Italy High School, and especially our Senior year. Perhaps this annual will serve in remembrance of the Senior Class or l944.
