C.S.F., the California scholarship federation is a club for top grade academic students. To qualify for this club a student must achieve ten grade points, seven of which must be in academic courses. Three points may be earned from any oth- er subject. The group sponsored such activities as a Button Sale and Valentine's Day Carnation Sale. They also helped de- liver report cards at Open House. The money raised through these ac- tivities went into a fund for future senior scholarships and possible educational field trips. The advisors this year were Mrs. Sciambi and Mr. Strausser Cnot pic- turedb. CLIISE- Close-Up is composed of students who want to know more about how our government functions. The club discusses current, national, and world problems so that they might be better informed. The high point of the year is a trip to Washington D.C. to see our govern- ment in action. Students will have the opportunity to speak with and hear Congressmen, Senators, and members of the press and possibly the President!! Participants earned expenses for the trip by selling gift books, stuffed animals, providing car washes, and collecting aluminum cans. Advisors this year were: Mr. Blox- som, Mr. Rout, and Mr. Glasgow.

BUUSTER CL The Football Booster Club is composed of parents who are interested in football here at Irvington. The Booster Club raised money by having raffles at all of the football games and by making programs for each game. The money went towards extra needed equipment.
