Dances Now where did she go? There were many informal dances this year. These dances were the highlight of Irvington High School. Many students from Irvington eagerly awaited these Friday Night Dances. The dances were held in the gymnasium from 8:00 to 11:00. To name just a couple, on October 15, sponsored by the Senior Class and a joint dance with Washington High School sponsored by the Junior Class. Tight Squeeze! Dancing in the moonlight.
