The Math Club The Math Club is a group of elite students from the illustrious Mr. Tomlinson ' s extraordinary honors math classes. Among the awards they have won; are 3 first place awards (a record for consecutive wins) and 5 out of 6 scholarships at the Fresno math contest, 3 award winners at the Santa Clara math contest. The newest organization at Ir¬ vington is the German club. Their advisor is Mr. Faulkner, the German teacher at Irving¬ ton. The purpose of the club is to raise money to go on field trips and to learn about German culture. The club invites new members to attend their bi¬ monthly meetings. They attend the Octoberfest in Santa Clara and are frequent movie go’ers. The German Club participated in Irvington’s foreign language Fun Fair. Pictured left to right.
