Two of the shyest people around school this year were Laura Rivas and Joe Aguirre. Even though they were shy in their own way, they both found the time to be very active in school activities. Laura participated as a L etter Girl, and Joe was always participating in either Football or Baseball. Even being as shy as they were, they seemed to be quite well known around school. Mrs. Davies and Mr. Medaglia were chosen as the Senior Favorite teachers by the class of ”74! Mrs. Davies was a fine teacher. She was a friend to one and all. She was always willing to talk things over if something was on your mind. Also she is very excited about having her first child! Mr. Medaglia can always be found with a smile to make everyone ' s day. He is a pal to one and all, because of his openness everyone places a lot of trust in him. It ' s great to know that we have such great teachers at Irvington. Kim Jager and Wayne Burkholder both had great smiles. They were warm and encouraging to everyone. Never fake or hidden, they were open to all. No matter how distant the friendship, you could always be sure to receive a smile that would make anyones day just a little nicer. Cindy Greenwood and Mark Walus were voted as Campus Sweethearts. They ' ve been a familiar couple for some time now. While Mark was out throwing footballs, kicking the soccer ball, and hitting tennis balls. Cindy was cheering him on with the Letter Girls. 193

Seniop pavoRites This year there were so many friendly people in our Senior Class that there was a three way tie for the girls position. Kim Jager, Cindy Greenwood, and Robin Klein were all added attractions at Irvington. Of course Gary Grube wasn ' t complaining too strongly when it came to being recognized with three such lovely girls. You would never find any of these people alone. They just plainly attracted people with their great personality. A couple of the Best Dressed people around Irvington ' s cam- 4 pus this year were Sue Burrous and John Huk. Not only were they always dressed in high fashions they also found the time to dress for school activities. Sue could always be found leading a cheer, as John played a great game of football. ■■ Jill Goldman and Gary Grube were voted Most Athletic this year and they were a great choice. They both participated in many sports and they were great in all of them. Many people would go to the different sports just to cheer on these two. because they made the sport worth watching. (NOT PICTURED) Wherever you hear great laughter you ' ll always find either Bill Foltmer or Sandy Hardman right in the middle of it. They would go to far extremes just to make people laugh. They were always out for a good time. Too bad that more people weren ' t as easy going as those two ' ' During 74.

Seniop favoRites Pictured right is Kathy Cram and Bill Foltmer, this years Campus Flirts. Flirting is something that Kathy and Bill did to the best of their ability. You can always find Bill trying his hardest to impress all the females, while Kathy made the rounds doing her best with the boys. These two made Irvington just a bit livelier because around them, there was never a dull moment. Pictured below at the bottom of this page are two seniors voted Most Likely to Succeed. Corny Aschauer and Eric Dorsey were recognized as being very successful students at Irvington. They both proved to have great scholastic ability along with helping out around the school. Corny was the great A.S B President, which kept her very busy. Eric in the meantime found spare time to do more physical things like working out on his bike. Pictured to the right at the top. and always in the spotlight was Kim Jager and John Huk. voted Best Looking, and no wonder why. With Kim ' s bright eyes and warm personality she was very respected by all the students and faculty. John had all the girls by a string, and everyone would feel proud to mention either one of them as a friend. Pictured to the right in the center are Diana Benveniste and Paul Touris who were very dedicated this year. Not only to the Senior Class but to the whole school. They came up with a lot of the ideas that made great improvements around our school. It ' s nice to see two such dedicated people that were working for a great cause. Irvington High School. Class of 74! ' ' Not pictured but voted Most Talkative were Mary Bifano and Rick Ward. 194
