Mr. Caffey, born in An- son, Texas, received his B.A. from Hardin-Simmons, and his M.A. from West Texas State. ROBERT ROBBERTS, Dean of Boys. Having a B.A. degree in Psychology from Hardin-Simmons University, he is well-equipped to handle the many poor un- fortunates who trickle daily into his humble office.
