The every day occurrences that are taken for granted become most appreciated in their, 1 absence. 2 A classroom discussion, a term paper, a teacher's advice are some of the moments which seem of little significance at the time but- - - -later become va uable foundation bocks on which to buid future ideas and values. ,, fmf There are Q 'W i moments enjoyed I , E h with friends, the welcome break for lunch - - be it A,BorC,-the--- 1 f 5 3 6 - - -activity periods, and relaxing after school with the gang . DEDICATICDN The senior class has chosen to dedicate the 1968 BRAVERO to a Woman noted for her faith in modern youth, her frankness in the classroom, her de- termination to give each student a fair chanceg and for her devotion to her family, her job, and her community. We have chosen a teacher Whose sincerity and involvement with life we ad- mire and respect. Music was provided by Vic Savelli and his orchestra. The memorable time had by all was ample reward for chairman Kathy Bonniger and her assistants. BALI HAI An innovation in procedures marked the 1967 Homecom- ing Weekend. Previously, the names of the king and queen were withheld until the night of the Homecoming football game, but this year the crowning ceremony took place on the afternoon of the game. Tom Miller and Mary Ann Gunselman, king and queen of the event, were crowned and honored at an assembly in the auditorium. The king and queen and their court were again presented during halftime at the football game. Iroquois' victory at this game climaxed the weekend. The Homecoming Dance was held at the school, and music was provided by Chuck Dressler and the Dimensions. But We have found that mere facts and pictures cannot adequately capture the memory of this, our last year. Each picture is a story in itself and every page contains a myriad of expressions and ideas we have neither the time nor the space to record. Here we have collected the barest structure on which you, our readers, must build your memory of 1967-68. Mark Moffett, A editor-1968 Bravero WZ f y HAZ ,136 A ,, 'Vi ?Xf.gXX VO r. 5, , ,E L..
