I think we have a unique school where students, teachers, parents, and administrators work very closely in providing a good climate in which all of us can grow and develop. As graduates, you follow hundreds who have gradu- ated from Iroquois and gone on to make outstanding records in almost every area of the adult world. May each of you find ways in which you can contribute to the growth of your family, your church, your communi- ty, your country and the world. Merton L. Haynes. Judy Gilbert and Renee Wenzel rode next to our purple moun- tains. But never fear, with Kevin Muerle as our President and Miss Wholers as advisor we made it up with our Christmas mouse Holly Hanging display. Our true spirit really began to show, in our Sophomore year when we started out with Joe Podraza leading us as President and a new fearless advisor. Ken Palmer. We really got our hands into the chicken wire and took a 1st place with our Aladan's Lamp Float, rode by Maureen Ryan and Paula Carretto. We stayed on top through out the year taking a 1st place in Holly Hanging with good old Scrooge. This was also the year of our very memorable car wash. Carol Baschmann took the Presidents chair in our Junior year. With K.P. at our side we worked our tails off for an- other 1st place float, only to take 2nd with The Park Scene. Riding the float were Carol Baschmann and Leslie Cofta. The cafeteria hall windows didn’t do us justice as we took a 4th in Holly Hanging, but we didn't stop looking forward to our Senior year. With Carol as President again, the Senior class was on its way. Homecoming was a little disappointing as we took an unfortunate 4th place with Bambi. But Trish Peters. Patty Darmstedter. and Queen Carol Baschmann made it look better. We didn’t let this kill the spirit. Arrangements for the Prom were in full swing, and taking care of all those problems were Jeff Aichenger. Cheryl Quick, and Trish Peters. Holly Hanging came along and we tied for 1st place redeeming our- selves as usual. Thanks to Maureen Ryan. S. G. B. President, the school is looking better. We are looking forward to the best Prom yet at the Marriot Inn. 93 Duane Almeter paula Anzalone Paula s Fondest Memories . . camping trip ’80. 11 79. 8 17. 8 23. Baricines. Froth parties.
