FRESHMEN As Freshmen we entered the crowded halls, on the first day of school, not knowing what to expect. We didn’t know if we would be stuffed into lockers or thrown into trashbar- rels. As the day progressed we soon forgot all our fears, because we were too busy trying to find our way around. Getting to class on time was almost impossible! One thing that made the girls forget their fears was the senior guys, who we drooled over hoping to talk to some- day. We also learned (extremely fast) that fresh- men aren’t supposed to take senior seats at lunch or assemblies. Another thing we learned pretty quick, was not to leave our lunches in our unlocked lockers. As the day ended, there were sighs of relief from the entire freshmen class, as well as miserable looks on some faces saying, “Do we have to come back?” Now we have finished our first year of High School. Already we have many memories. But, like it or not, we still have another three years to go. We wish everyone good luck and hope you have a blast because, “These are the best days of your lives!” (sound familiar?) by Heather Jensen Melissa Allen Richard Auclair Benjamin Baker Layton Blake Heather Briggs Amy Brogna Greg Brotherton Jessica Budd Janis Caccamise Callie Cameron Rachel Caram Shannon Carroll Shawn Cayer Josua Cole Justin Daly Nicole Davis Adriene DeSilva Mark Desmond Melissa Dillworth Carrie Dolman Michael Dolman Tracey Doyon 22

FRESHMAN TIMES . . Though it is their first year at IHS, this year ' s freshmen have already made their mark on the school. The class itself ex- pects Jessica Budd, Callie Cameron, and Jessica Leonard to take an award by dat- ing V 2 of the senior class. They also feel that Callie Cameron, Ian Stephens and Tra- cy Doyon made their mark on the fashion scene of the high school by being voted the most fashion conscious people in the class of 92. According to the freshman class, most of the giggles in the 1st wing came from Nicole Davis, Katie Greenberg, Sarah Joss, Joe Doherty and Amber Kellow. Other noisy freshmen are the “metalheads”, par- ticularly Pat McMillan, Greg Brotherton, Nick Schneider, Amy Hetnar, Jay Vitale and Sean Willis. The one thing most freshmen are known for is being totally and completely “clue- less”- being late, dropping books, and al- ways ending up in the wrong places. The freshmen class felt that Jessica Budd, Jes- sica Leonard, Mike Fecteau, Adrienne De- Silva, Kathleen McDonnell, and Stephanie Poltack were the most “clueless” of all.
