Iowa Western track in its third year of competition, completed its most successful sea- son to date. Coach Bill Ragle's squad of mostly underclassmen won a dual with Ellsworth, won the Ellsworth and tough Worthington, Minn. Invitational meets and copped the sea- son by winning the State Junior College meet. Curt Bralock set his name to four of the new marks. He set the 220 dash mart at :22.6 and ran on three relays. He .l -f '1' anchored the sprint teams with Dennis Mier, Dave Fried- tz ' ricksen and Jack Miller, running on both the 880 in 1231.2 and the 440 in :44.2. He anchored the mile relay with Tom Olson, Jack Davis and Lynn Ellis in 3:30.5. The medley team of Olson, Davis, Miller, and Ellis ran a 3242.5 for a record.
