The thinclads entered the state, regional, and district meets, and they were invited to the Rochester and Ellsworth meets. The season ended with the Black Hawk Relays. Although the Wolves didn't run or Walk away with many medals or blue ribbons, they never gave up and had an enjoyable season. 79

Fifteen Rahs for the Wolves was heard when the Wolves broke out of the locker rooms as the cheerleaders prodded the fans into the groove. The cheerleaders kept their cool when o1.u' Wolves were down and encouraged the fans and the boys to strive for a victory. Through- out the year ,they attempted to build spirit through pep rallies and skits fsuch as imitating cheerleaders of the '50's in the picture abovej.
