I won't ever forget them or any of the friends that I have made while I was going to school here. The theme of this year's yearbook is Where do we go from here? . Well, where do we go from here? Many of us leave here with the intent of furthering our education. Others go directly into a life of working to make a living. But. no one will every forget their high school years and I hope that we have made those memories a little easier to remember in this yearbook. I would like to thank all of those people who helped put this annual together. Also. I would like to leave this poem as a reminder to everyone that memories are made every day. not just on special occasions. Dana G. Monk Memories Memories are made of things That happen every day Moments as we live them Things we do or say. Little bits and pieces Of laughter mixed with tears Paragraphs and pages Written through the years. The carefree days of childhood The growing pains of youth A few illusions shattered By the endless search for truth. The friendships we remember Mistakes that we regret The ending of a love affair We never could forget. Yes. memories are happenings Each one a different kind Each one a different Chapter That is printed on the mind. We can't erase the sadness Or edit out the tears We can't undo the wrongs we've done We can't relive the years. But since memories keep building Each day can be the start Of making new and happy ones To store within the heart. Alice E. Chase I34 Ck smg
