Spotlight '70 Features utstatta'1'ng Talent The Spotlight '70 Concert Series was a joint project of the Webster City Center of ICCC and a group of Webster City citizens interested in bringing top- quality entertainment to the commu- nity. The Youngtimers appeared here on October 15 for a concert and were followed on November 3 by the Don Shirley Trio. Mr. Shirley, the featured vocalist, is shown at left.
