The sound of music one may hear at the Eagle Grove Center is probably coming from either the choir or the chamber choir. This year the choir presented its regular program of fall, Christmas, and spring concerts. The concerts, directed by Mr. Marcus Boe, were held at First Church of Christ. The choir also traveled to Emmetsburg to the State junior College Choir Festival. Emmetsburg Community College was host at the 23rd Iowa State junior and Community College Choral Festival on March 24. The guest conductor and clinician was Professor Joe M. Noble, director of choral activities at Sioux Falls College, Sioux Falls, South Dakota. The concert was held in Corrigan Hall at 7:30 p.m. The mass choir consisted of students from eleven community and junior colleges from the state of Iowa. Between the concluding numbers nine col- leges presented songs that they had arranged. The Choral Festival ended with numbers presented by the mass choir. 24 EG Choir Presents ABOVE AT LEFT--The choir presents the Christmas concert in the First Church of Christ.
