Fjetland, Miss Barbara Students enrolled in the Fashion Merchandising pro- gram learned the skills necessary for employment in the fashion field. Under the instruction of Mrs. Laura Raker and Miss Barbara Reinders, the girls in the twenty-one month course studied introduction to fashion merchandising, textiles, fashion design, and the history of fashion. They received on-the-job training which included clerical work, making dis- plays, advertising, selling, and merchandising.
