High Achievers Honored Membership in the National Honor Society is one of the highest achievements a high school Junior or Senior can attain. To be selected, students must have a 3.30 grade point average and maintain it throughout their final year of high school. In addition, the students must be evaluated by the faculty in three areas; citizenship, leadership, and service. To get in, one must go through the Initiation activities. Members are also expected to participate in other activities such as the Marathon Dance, which is held to support the Ronald McDonald House. All the qualifications must be maintained or the student is removed from the society. This years officers were President Sheri Cusack, Vice- President Michelle Reisbig, Secretary-Treasurer Chris Sutter, and Student Council Representative Michelle Nevins. The advisors were Mrs. Deb Hagen and Miss Michelle Goodwin. i. 2. 28 NHS
