Developing socially While acquiring leadership Organizations aid us in working together to achieve a smooth-running school. Each organi- zation has a purpose of its own and every student can find a club or an organization which fits his interests. They provide a way of helping us in getting along with other people by teaching us to understand the wants and desires of our own group. Active members procure self-confidence and poise which mold them into leaders. In clubs as well as classes the spirit and traditions of Ionia flourish. What we learn in the classroom we carry into the club meeting. Each of these activities has its advantages and we benefit from a combination of the two.
