V- s Published by THE SENIOR CLASS of IONIA HIGH SCHOOL Ionia, Michigan 195 1 t edica tion We, the Senior Class of 1951, dedicate this book to Mom and Dad, who praised us when we succeeded and encouraged us when we failed. They were always patient, paying the bills for success as well as for failure. From the kindergarten they kept us going on a straight path which finally culminated in graduation. 3 STANDING: C. Haight, Jr., Supt. A. A. Rather, J. E. Houghton, President D. R. Welch. SEATED: J. C. Spencer, N. Strand, W. Dalzell, J. Hilton. The Board of Education is composed of seven members who receive no compensation for their untiring efforts. They have fostered a building program which will in the future give to Ionia High School a gymnasium, auditorium, and shop. Their desire has always been the greatest good for the greatest number of school children of Ionia. 4 Watch the book, not the keys! BUS. Mildred Anderson EDUCATION—A.B. Housewives we will try to be.
