L. Halter, Supervisor, Mrs. C. McCarthy, Mrs. M. Karsten, and the addition of Mr. C. Riggin, the junior High has progressed most rapidly during the past year. Notable as one of the outstanding achievements that was inaugurated, was the appointment of an Editor, John Ching, and a group of assistants who are contributing news for a junior High page for the lmua Iolani. Still limited with a lack of facilities to carry on a successful athletic program the junior High has overcome this handicap by sheer spirit and hard work Our thanks go to the Parent Teacher Group for helping to defray part of the expenses for equiping the team Basketball and baseball were the other two sports which the Junior High participated in during the ensuing year Mr C L Halter was the coach of all the sports A number of social esents have taken place during the vear including 1 Halloween Party Christmas Party and Spring Party Many of the junior High Students were contributing to the academic life of the school by placing a large number on both the honor roll and the headmasters list 7th GRADE OFFICERS Secty D Alon: Trees D Anderson Vice-Pres R Ebesu Pres D Yee N ff lrokawa Sect H 5 . . . .
