At the beginning of the school year, 23 students were elected to serve as the High School Student Council. These included the fifteen homeroom representatives, the presidents of the school's organizations, the student council officers, and Mrs. Anderson, who was sponsor. Throughout the school year many problems were I discussed which confronted the students. The represent- atives voiced the opinions of their homerooms, thus putting into practice our democratic form of government. Included among the activities of our administration were the sponsoring of Homecoming festivities, dances after the football games and high school basketball games, taking charge of the concessions, having their Christmas party, and sponsoring school proiects which benefited the students.
