r--ss 'V Y N1 hool Suptrinttndent Di t eoige A Home I'o the Graduating Class of 56 Last year we said the graduating class was the largest class so far from one school in the long historv of the Navajo people Now to the class of 16 we say you ale the largest single class of any Indian tribe in the long history of America When you spread out over the country more people will come into contact with Navajo students from Intermountain than ever before. What impression will you make? What kind of reputation will you give to your people? To your school? It is often said that mere numbers mean little. The fact is that just one bad impression is damaging. Every good impression is uplifting. That is something never to forget. The impression your class makes depends upon the impression every single member makes. There is no doubt in the mind of every employee that you are each capable of doing great things. We have confidence that you will take every opportunity to continue learning. Xou will be friendly. You will be honest and dependable. You will take pride in your work. We are sure you will be admirable citivens always progressing. With such confidence in you we know you will want to live up to it.
