This contest consists of homemaking and attitudes. Betty's test will be judged with the other entrants in the state contest. CUB RECEIVES ALL-STATE AWARD The Cub, Interior High School annual, received an all-state award from the South Dakota High School Press Association for 1957-58. Sharon Burkholder, freshman at B. H. T. SECOND Row: Cfzoraf WAALC The Interior chorus received a first on one of their musical numbers at the regional contest held at Wall last season. We are planning to attend again this year. The chorus includes: FRONT ROW: Left to Right: Mrs. Cacek, Marjorie Madsen, Shirley Schrader, Rita Lange, Betty Saunders, Edith Brookens, Ethel Morgan, and Ianet Harvey. SECOND ROW: Loranetta Bartholomew, Mary Iane Breenan, Asta Garner, Iean Case, Rose Marie Mesteth, and Carol Moran. BACK ROW: Robert Saunders,Larry Abrams, Durward Madsen, Chris Madsen, Jerry Hilton, and Kenneth Saunders. IAALC ij9H,C QI Mrs. Bella Cacek, our congenial music instructor. It is her interest that is the key to the Interior Music Department. le Zim! This year, a Band was started at Interior under the in- struction of Mr. Don Strandel of Wall and Mrs. Patricia McBane, primary teacher at Interior. They made their first appearance for the public on February 12th.
