They were Audrey Amlotte, Ierry Hilton, Chuck O'Rourke, Iudy Cooper, jimmy Hlll, and Shirley Schrader. Our in- itiation was held September 19th. Chuck and Shlrley were the candidates for carnival king and queen while Shirley -was crowned queen for that year. Ilmmy Hill left before the year was out. W'hen we began our sophomore year Indy Cooper left, but Barry Barber and Norman Arnlotte transferred from Kadoka and Loretta Cuny and Chrlstlne Clifford joined us lncreaslng our class to eight. All returned but Christine for our junlor year. This was an excltlng year for us. We recelved our class rings ln February and attended the Iunlor-Senlor Prom ln May. Barry was crowned car- nlval king at our annual school carnival. Our senlor year began with Chuck'O'Rourke, Audrey Amlotte, Loretta Cuny, Barry Barber, Jerry I-Lllton, Shlrley Schrader, and Wanda Venhulzen who came from Wasta. Chuck, Audrey and Loretta left us before the first semester. Betty Wishard joined our class ln December from Timberlake, South Dakota. She is en- gaged to the captaln of the ship, who was a student at Oxford Unlverslty before he entered the navy. As Barry Barber passed before the glass, we see him as owner and manager of his father's ranch near Wanblee South Dakota. He ls co-owner of a chaln'of ranches from Wyoming to Texas. He latched onto a trick rider while followlng the rodeo circuit. They are now proud parents of two sets of twln boys, who first sat a horse at the age of two. After graduating from high school, Shirley Schrader married. She entered and finished college. She ls now teaching kindergarten in Santa Barbara, California. Two of her own flve have mother as their teacher. Jerry Hilton ls an Air Force Major. He is stationed in Alaska. He ls married to an attractive , black-haired Eskimo girl. He ts the father of six little dark-halred papooses. Wanda Venhulzen ls a successful beautlcian in New York.. She ls marrled to a movle producer, who has starred her in several of hls productions.
