After complete renovation and reorganization, the Student Council x-.as known as the Student Advisory Board. Among the new features ol the organization were the students' court and the partial application of disciplinary measures. A merit system, awarding each class 70 points at the beginning of each two-week period, gave an incentive to retain the merits by conformity to school regulations in conduct and dress. The honor banner was given to the class with the highest number of points. C'ounselors continued hall duty and had the responsibility to check the merit and demerit ratings. 66
