ARCHBISHOP FRANCIS P. KEOYGH We pause to record an event of great historic and ecclesiastic im- portance. On February 24, Most Reverend Francis P. Keough u'as solemnly installed in the Cathedral as the eleventh archbishop of Balti- more. Our neu' spiritual shepherd was freeeived with great rejoicing and warmth of affection by the Catholics of Baltimore.
