Coach Gray has led his two varsity teams to a 30-11 regular season i record . This year he led his team to seventh place in the state tournament . Jeff Turnipseed's first year as B-Team coach was very successful. He led his team to a 9-8 season. Turnipseed is also an assistant varsity basketball coach. Nancy Murch came to Inglenook this year as a girls' P.E. teacher. She also organized a girls' bas- ketball team and sponsored the school cheerleaders.

Sports Banquet '73-7 4 Inglenook's 2nd football banquet was held this year at Catfish King after finish- ing with a 5-5-1 season. All the players and coaches were there along with guest speaker Stan Narewoski. The players received their letters along with their gag gifts. Hugh Blackwood, Dickey Gray, and Joe Taylor received trophies for their performances. Donald Hydrick received an award as most improved player, and Don Bates was named Scholar Athlete.
