A MESSAGE From Headmaster Richard Austin: Each of us is enjoying a privileged school and school year. Much sacrifice and hard labor has gone into the making of each of these facilities. I'm sure that many are wishing for more facilities such as a football field , gymnasium , swimming pool, etc. I assure you that each of these is in the plans to make Inglenook Academy a greater school for the future . Congratulations to Mrs. Moorer and the annual staff for their labors in preparing this fine annual. Thanks to each student for helping us to buy needed equipment. For each privilege that is ours to share, let us take personal self -discipline and responsibility to make this school and our society a better place to live , work and play. From Assistant Headmaster Cecil Golden: It has been my privilege to be associated with the students of Inglenook Academy since its first academic year. Undoubtedly we have come a long way, yet we have barely scratched the surface . In terms of horizons, we are limited only by the teach- ers' ability to inspire , the students' willingness to accept chal- lenge, and the continued support of the devoted individuals who give so much of themselves with no hope , or even thought, of recognition. Education is a legacy, as is ignorance . It is to be hoped that the efforts of every person involved with the Academy bequeath to its graduates examination, rather than blind acceptance, tolerance instead of prejudice , and a burning desire to understand all that is humanly possible about the life we live and the people with whom we live it. ff 3- :- f:-ni-,:::f,,,:'f::,f:::g,.u::w,,,,:, f pg agwf-wk ffwfsvfw fl :.,w::,,,::-.ME 1:-E--55.-: - ' sir VS ' A P-2 ff?iqz41s2Qiii,'I5?Q39i5.5555 Six QE-551355535f??7S'2f'i5:53:55i5fkf53QQf5f72555?fSi?x5iig5f Q .ffyng Lwwfwf Fssms-We-m:ff,-1 f Aw -:wg-'ggi:gfSg2ggHs sw'S-255151ww-:gms Aw-.fi 011532119-asm ,E-::f,,:m::msm ,,,,,AL, ,Y lm:A : m,L mWhY, A,A AW AW A ,,., . .
