MC CLAREN donates his share of blood for the Viet-Nam Marines nate whole blood when a U .S. ' Marine Corps aircraft with some seventy passengers on board, crashed on the runway ofthe Ki Tak Airport, Hong Kong, while trying to return the Marines to Vietnam after an RSLR visit in that city. The Survivors of the crash were taken to the Victoria Hospital in Kowloon, and the cry for the much needed whole blood went out! The crew of INGERSGLL quickly answer- ed the call and continued the effort to help build the supply of the Blood Bank by their donations for future calls. The sincere gratitude of the U .S . Marine Corps and the many relatives and friends of the sur- vivors have been expressed to the crew of INGERSOLL for their fine job in supplying the much needed fluids.
